    they should have the mopar standalone system separate...and why 5 speed...do a 6 speed

    I remember checking on the mopar standalone and it was like $2500 for the ecu and harness.

    edit:....actually, i'm not sure if i can use a stand alone in my truck...i would really like to keep my 4 wheel abs...is there a way to keep it without the factory pcm?

    Go aftermarket ECU... Motech or AEM. You can do pretty much anything you want. Including setting up ABS

    MSD is the way I would have gone if it wasn't a crate motor setup already. While it works just fine.... I can't screw with it. On the bright side,,,, you have to leave it alone and the mod bug is much easier to forget about.

    6 speed? I would do some digging and see if I could use one from a mustang or camaro with a different input shaft. It would be cheaper then buying one for a challenger.
    Also look at the Richmond 6 speed. I put one of those in a 68 RR a few yrs ago. Used a lakewood bell housing and McCloud dual disk clutch.

    Find a T56 from a 03-04 cobra, and get a bell housing for a Hemi an the proper input shaft. You can usually scoop one up for $1500 or less. It's cable driven so it'll be easier to set up.
