window switch problems

my passenger window sitch has allways been bad. it used to work most the time, then some of the time, now pretty much never.

the drivers switch rolls it up and down all the time though that window is slower then the drivers side

well i got another switch from a junkyard and it doesnt work the window either

do yall think i got a bad switch or what could keep the pass switch from working but driverside works it fine

driverside switch could be bad... the pass switch is fed from the main switch on the drivers door. even though the drivers side switch operates that window there could have been a short or a contact gone bad where the power is relayed between the switches... or you may have just got a bad switch from the junkyard.

I think the individual window switch is only like $20 from the dealer and 99% of the time they have it on the shelf, with a 12 month warranty

Replace the Driver's/Master window switch.

It's a known issue on these trucks.

yup i had mine replaced under warrenty when it was in cuz i blew every speaker in the truck lol
