when i start the truck up the hid's start to strobe

when i turn the truck off they work fine

well they take like 20 sec. to warm up man do they continue to strobe? are the jus HIDs not a halegen bulb for high? i jus fixed my HID problem i was havin with the light coming on and then shutin off and theyu were not mounted tightly to the frame lol

mine did the same stuff..i gave it a little bit of gas while they were stobbin and it went away...i changed my battery and they work fine now...

they continued but only while the truck was running

when i turned them on while the truck was not running they lit up great

u gotta have a broking conection somewhere man i know miine would srobe goin down the road the plug wasnt all the way in dont u have a big cam tho? maybe they are pullin power from the battery with a low idle? jus a thought

i dont have any resistors on them

i think when they run off the battery without the alternator running they run off the battery

and when the alternator kicks in it takes over

it should still deliver the same power

hids in these truck are such a PITA!
whats funny is i sold my old Twiggy hid kit to my buddy and it did the exact opposite of what yours do. when the truck was off they would strobe and when he turned the truck on they would be fine. we took the kit off and tried it on my truck and another guys truck and it worked flawless. only fucked up on his truck. never did figure it out
