I wonder if it will work twice as good as the $400 billet converter in my truck now?

Good question Darell.
Heres my Math.
2 Edge converters,1 was billet shipped to canada=$around $800:00.
Installed at a shop twice=$1070:00.
Total for 2 converters installed=$1700:00.
And I still need a new converter.cost??????.
Since im selling my 03,Ill just put the stock 1 back in and be done with it.
My current Edge still works but Ive noticed with my new $5400:00 tranny its already seems to be slipping a bit,so its got to go.
So in my 2010 im hoping to find a better made converter that can handle my towing a little better,as well as the track.
Cirle-D 2700 triple disc stall=$1000:00 bucks.
Install=500;00.
Total $1500:00.
If it can last longer than my last 2 Edge converters,.then it might make sense to go that route.
I quess it depends on what kind of warranty they offer???
I ordered a Non pro-Cirle-D 2600 for Trevors truck,so well see how it works in his truck.
I very much Doubt I would go with another Edge, not because Andres not a supper great guy to deal with, but because I dont think the Edge converter is made for towing.

A to B comparison my truck picked up 4mph with my circle d converter as well... That was coming from stock, but 4mph for $1000 is a damn good deal if you ask me. And chris told me my 3200 should be more than safe to tow a considerable amount with a bigger cooler.
Another thing you have to consider grant is those times when your trans/converter was toast you couldn't use your truck for work. So how much money did you lose by not being able to work. Add that and if a circle d will be problem free it should be a no brainer

Yeh I have to agree with you.
My biggest concern with a new converter is transmission problems like heat.
Thats why Ill install a bigger cooler, and also see if my PML pan from my 03 will fit.
Im also going to wait for Superchips to support the 2010s with there new transmission stuff.
They said by the summer it should all be out.
The new trucks have a weird way of shifting,so it needs a tuner.
Really excited about the new Pro series from Circle-D.
