Im not a pro, Nor do I have a bunch of fancy tools But I think I did ok on these heads we will see very soon I basically went in and removed all the harsh castings, Opened them up to the intake manifold ports, and opened them up overall, I figured Im blowing air in there anyways so what the hell, I also polished my exhaust ports and Roughed up the intake ports guess we will see how they do personally Im proud of what I did

Looks good dude... I just did the same thing... did you use the standard abrasives kit?

Looks good for sure.
Im sure youll notice a difference.

When I did mine,I found it really hard to keep the grinding wheel steady,wanted to jump all over the place.
I almost fcked up the valve seats with my sanding kit,so thats when I called it quits.
I honestly dont know how the average guy can do it.
I think my 1 head took like 8 hours.
