Anyone have any 1/8 mile times to give me an idea of how I'm doing, because i went to the track for the first time today! I do have to say i need more practice on the tree, i pulled a 8.947 with a r/t of .578, that tells me with a good launch I'm capable of about 8.3-8.4. I think that is damn good for a 5020lb truck turning factory 20's. Oh and please no BS times either

Reaction time has nothing to do with the times you run. The clock doesn't start until you move. What mods do you have and whats the rest of your setup that will tell us how well you ran. Also what was your 60ft time?

That's what i thought but some guy at the track convinced me that the r/t was included in the E.T. "dumb ass" anyway 60ft time ... no 60ft time that i see, i have r/t-.578, I1-1.993, I2-5.781, E.T. 8.947 @76.508MPH. Oh lets see heads, cam, intake, exhaust, 4.56, headers, valve body, high stall tc, hemifever tune, and about 200lbs of stereo equipment. No weight reduction whatsoever

1.993 is your 60' time. 5.781 is your 330' e.t.

Yea it's 2wd reg cab. 5020lbs. DOT certified scale at work! PPP stage 2 heads, inertia 218-218 cam, 3200 stall converter, long tubes, 3" pipe, CAI, Sharadon stage 3 vb, TT with 4.56 gears. Is a 8.9 bad? considering that i outrun several mustangs, built s-10's, and an early 70's Dodge Dart Swinger w/ a 340
