Has anyone experienced backfiring with the dual coil conversion and running boost or N20?

Further more I think ill give it a whirl I have the parts for single coils and duals I also have 2 engine harness one I'm going to modify with the the dual coil connectors might even try to get some dyno results

If there were an issue with it, you would hear about it from the 06+ and 6.1 guys...

Never hear from the LX guys running boost or juice. I'm converting as well i think it will make an improved burn as both plugs fire at same time with the dual packs.

For every ram that's running boost/juice, there's probably 20 LXs running it.

We've seen it a few times. You're blowing out the spark.Try closing the plug gap to .030.

Im asking if I will have a problem. Im sketchy about the idea of dual coils packs firing both plugs with our trucks PCM set to fire 1 and then the other seems like there should be more to it than just hooking them up and going. Maybe im thinking too much into it.

Maybe im thinking too much into it.There is no issue, you will still need to close the plug gaps to .030 or so.And the truck PCM does not fire one plug then the other, they fire both plugs. It's only one coil, the only difference is you have the plug wire going to the opposite cylinder for waste spark instead of both plugs on the same cylinder.
