I thought the major consensus was the car timing cover would not fit in the truck do the the location of the accessories?

I think the car cover will work just need new P/S lines and generic radiator hoses. A/C lines get kinda jacked also and most likely wanna run new lines.
What is included in the "stu" kit - just the butt ugly bracket or is it the whole cover?

It's a butt ugly bracket. I have one and it's been up for sale for $100 bucks with no takers. Shit...I'll even make it look pretty for the same price plus shipping.

hundred bucks is a good price for a butt ugly bracket. Suprised it's still 4 sale considering so many folks have been asking about the swap lately.

It came off one of his 6.1 intake conversions that was installed on a truck that came here at the shop. We put a 5.7 intake back on the engine. The 6.1 intake was then sold and the bracket was left at the shop. I think the previous owner had to modify it to fit cause it's been ground down in certain locations and theres a spot that a hack saw was used to cut off a small piece.

yeah the parts list goes on and on, just goes to show a waste of time, playing with the car intake manifold

Must of been a first edition the only thing that got ground/cut on mine was the timing cover.

Yup, I'll say it again, the only way I'd go through all that trouble would be for a blower. I'd really like to do the LX cover/accessories with a KB or Whipple
