At what PSI should I set my boost switch to start spraying? Im only going to run 6-8PSI for a while So I dont need a electric boost controler right now.
I xed out the intercooler plan all together to keep the engine bay clean

I works good. I have been doing this for the last few years with my old SMT-6 and now the iEMS3. It is possible to do using only a wideband gauge and a MAP sensor without any controller at all.

do you have the full iEMS3 or just the new $200 one?

Full one. I am running everything off it. Full fuel injector control, timing retard, boost, part-throttle enrichment, mapped water/meth injection. Mapped nitrous too if I get bored with the truck. Data logs like mad.

The iEMS3 is a great little tuning item. I believe it data logs up to 20 items including a/f if you all ready have a wide band gauge. It just doesn't work well with an aftermarket cam that has much over lap or less than 16" of vaccum at idle. 18" of vaccum would even be better.

Yes we did and it worked flawless except my truck kept wanting to die at idle. Thats why I stated the iEMS3 needs to run with a cam with higher vaccum at idle. The iEMS3 cannot change the idle rpm.
