Same as the resistor mod, except with plugs for the harness. Correct?

Yes Tim good combo. corrected allot of sloppy up/down-shifts and WOT is nice and fast. My 06 always acted funky with the cheap resistors. would hold gears too long under normal acceleration and wouldnt downshift properly. i am running a transgo kit/sonnax/SC. Best combo yet and i've tried everything..

ok i have an 02 so i did the torque management delete mod so would adding this give me to much line pressure?
Anybody using it with Diablo?
Me, and it works great. I had weird shifts and codes with the resistor like Ricky and this fixed those issues.

sounds like a good mod.
TransGo resistor makes codes on my truck. doesn't set a CEL, SC can't see the codes, but DSP shows a "line pressure low" code.
I am guessing this is because the resistor tells the TCM line pressure is lower than it actually is.

Yes, same as the resistor for me (no problems), but much cleaner install.

I never installed the resistor with the trans-go kit. I may give this a try, I'm assuming it couldn't hurt.

This boosts line pressure...would be good on your truck

Finally after a month got all the snow removed and have clear roads. Have the line booster with the superchips/sct combo and it feels really good shifting now. At first when i put the line booster on it would hesitate when shifting but after about 20 miles of shifting its fast and tight now. Gonna send my stage 3 vb back to sharadon to check out and hopefully after i get it back and installed my tranny problems will be over.

Tim you have 06 same as me and Randy. No offense to Sharadon but our trucks didnt like their vb. Since i removed mine i have had 0 problems and shifting is perfect. If you like how its shifting now i wouldnt change anything. let the booster/SC do their job they work good together..

That's food for thought Rickey. Mine is shifting very well right now. Maybe I can sale it after Sharadon checks it out.
