Not looking for specs
just going to do a port and polish on a second set of heads ruff is letting me use
just needed to know what i can do by hand

you can do alot, dont get greedy remove a little at the time basically remove the roughness in the head, Then comes the bowl you can touch up on this with a common dremmel tool BUT be careful, I did several Race quads that I had and made a good gain, I also did my first set on my truck before getting them CNCed and oversized valves put in BUT I still have yet to do a dyno.

do alot of reading on the net...some place have the "special" attachments you can buy to get the job done a little easier and some have a some what how to on their sites.

Right on Brett - I wanted to try my own heads also but didnt have the balls. Hopefully you are able to pull it off with good results!! Post some in process pics if you decide to get into it.

Even if you do fuck them up (which you shouldn't as long as you don't go crazy) atleast you won't be out any money.

i got a spare set of heads some porting tools coming
hopefully ill have them on this year but who knows

i plan to do this
can i port match to the truck intake manifold or should i do a 6.1 intake port match and get a 09 intake manifold
