so i have had heater and a/c problems for a lil while. will looking at this site heatertreater.net made it seem easy to check for symptoms. granted not hard but wholly jeez so many fing screws just to get the bottom cover off.

now for the confusion. with motor still installed the blend door rod does not move when you adjust temp. with it pulled out you can see it turn very slowy when you adjut temp. and it looks like the limit switch is still intact and when you move the rod w/ motor out you can hear and feel both doors are still intact and moving.

it appears w/ the motor turning so slowly it doesnt have enopugh strength to move the 2 doors. would yall think the motor is bad or could the control panel truely be bad and not supplying enough juice? (also if you didnt read i only have high. anything else and the system doesnt come on)

i dont see any corrosion and i see a big green loose wire underneath steering colom witch from reading appears to be the "fix" for the bad fan motor wiring

aaaaagggggggggggggg

If you manually power the motor does it work?

when i did it w/out the rod it moved really slowly. now that im home i watched thier tech vid and checked the mode 1 door and yep like i thought it is broken and i put that motor in place of the blend motor and it appears to be working so ill drive around in a min and see if i have heat but i think i might have a different problem cause w/out the motor there i was messing w/ the blend rods/ doors and in the down postion blew straight cold outside air but when moved up the air was only warmish out of the pas side but when got home and turned it on it blew real hot for only a sec and even out the driver side but im gonna see if the different motor closes the doors right hopefully

not sure if i got all the air out of the system from swaping rads cause i could here it swashing in the ore the otherday but i left the cap off for awhile the other day and i cant hear it swashing anymore. maybe i got a junked up core. i would drain and try and flush the core reversely but its 34 degrees right now
