Make sure the wires feeding it are ok. Mine got corrosion and acted up, had to splice out the bad part and it worked fine after that.

adam you relocated yours did you extend the wires or did the factory wires reach? and how was it acting up?

I extended. It quit blowing high, then high and med-high. Rewired it and it all came back.

when it quit blowing high do you remeber if the ac light was still on? mine isnt blowing on the 2 lower speeds but the ac light isnt on at those speeds either so im thinking the actual switch is out

Just check wiring first. I can't see mine, I go by feel. It has like 5 fan speeds, 1-3 worked, then when switched to 4 and/or 5, no more blowing. Removed the corroded part, it went back to normal.

Mine only works on high. I just threw away my old control panel. I changed them out and its still the same. Its something else behind the dash. As soon as it warms up ill pull the dash off and fix it. This happens to alot of 02-05 rams.

I believe its a big blue wire that burn up or some shit like that.

My mom has this problem in her Chysler Town & Country (same climate control setup). It only blows on the highest setting, i'll go over and tear into it today, see what I can find.
