You guys are correct, the trans are the same. So you can interchange the converters. The one I am offering is a maxed out OE 11" 4.7 converter. I would guess it to go about 2600-2800 on a mildly modified 4.7. It really depends on the torque curve as to what it stall to. Anybody want to try one???

What would be a good stall for me being i like to race but tow a travel trailer from state to state.
Everyone says I need a stall. I figure it time to start looking and I'm starting with Circle D.

I like these convertors. How do you compare to my billet Edge 3K convertor?

Get a tick higher stall than stock...that will help plus the better quality and it'll help your launch. Add a bigger trans cooler just to be safe and you're good to go. I bet you would be fine with a 2800.

I agree, very good advice. I also think I just spoke with you on the phone. Let me know if you need anything else.

Not sure what Edge is doing, but our High Performance line is based off the 11" OE converter - which is what theres look like. We upgrade quite a few internal components that are weak points - input splines, bearing adapter, lock up clutch. We also recalibrate the stall for better performance. Hope this helps.
Our pro performance line is completely custom and I have not seen anything like it on the market. It is made in house on our CNC equipment.

after having my truck dyno tuned it's very obvious that I need a stall bad, not making shit for power before 3200, but after that my torque stays up high. I'd like to get a 3k stall. How hard are these to install and what do they run price wise?
